The HENDI Wok with wooden handle is made of carbon steel, which guarantees excellent heat conductivity and tolerance, withstanding very high temperatures without damage. The wooden handle stays cool to the touch and provides a comfortable grip when manoeuvring the wok. This makes it ideal for cooking techniques that require intense heat to achieve the characteristic sear and flavour.
