Slow juicers

Slow juicers crush and press fruits and vegetables at low speeds through a strainer. During slow pressing, less air mixes into the juice, so less foam is formed. Often you can get more juice, because the pulp remains drier, especially with leafy vegetables. The juice texture is more uniform than with centrifugal juicers. Since oxidation is lower, the juice keeps a fresher taste and color in the refrigerator for longer. Slow juicers are also mostly quieter.
