The HENDI Salamander 1/1 GN is ideal for quick and even heating, grilling and toasting. The height of the grid can be adjusted to 4 different levels. The salamander comes with a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning and a grid.

Made of stainless steel.
Possibility to place a GN 1/1 tray in the chamber (not included in the set).
Heating element on top of the chamber.
