The HENDI Mandoline features an ultra-sharp main blade with adjustable slicing thickness from 0.5 to 9 mm. Julienne cuts of 4.5 mm or 9 mm can be chosen via a rotating knob. Designed with retractable non-slip feet and an ABS handle and dial for stability and ease of use.
