The temperature of the warming well is adjustable in the range of 50–85 °C.
The product has two digital thermostats.
The warming well is equipped with a water level sensor for protection of the heating element.
The warming well holds three GN 1/1-200 containers/dishes.
The hot cabinet holds 24 GN 1/1 -50.
With forced-air circulation, the hot cabinet temperature is adjustable in the range of 35–80 °C
