The HENDI Drainer plate for GN containers COOL helps keep ingredients separated from excess liquid during refrigerated storage and chilled food display. Made of durable SAN, it offers good shock resistance and comfortable handling straight from the freezer.
Made of high-quality SAN.
Suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +90°C.
Suitable for refrigerated storage and freezer use.
Not recommended for use in bain-marie systems.
Good shock resistance.
Does not absorb odours or flavours.
Dishwasher safe.
Available in black and highly transparent.
Handle with care to avoid breakage from accidental falls.
Recommended for use with detergents with pH below 11.
