A double glass-ceramic contact grill GVD 335—an ultra-fast and revolutionary solution for making panini sandwiches, wraps, tortillas, tortilla wraps, and grill burgers!
It reaches the required temperature very quickly: 270°C, 2:30 min!
For example: 6 panini sandwiches cook at 270°C in just 1.45 minutes! Output over 180 panini/h!

Speed and quality are ensured by:
• Contact cooking on smooth or ribbed ceramic plates.
• Infrared heating from glass-ceramic hob plates.
• Calibrated pressure with a oven-effect thanks to the removable stainless-steel frame or “spacer,” placed on the base plate.

The glass-ceramic hotplate “Vitro-Speed-Grill ®” under each plate (glass> 500 °C) allows even cooking with minimal power contact.
This glass-ceramic contact grill ensures smoke-free cooking and can be used without an extractor hood.

The contact grill is easy to use and clean.
