The most powerful model in the MILLENNIAL model series, with 5 fan speeds, to ensure a consistently even baking result on all baking trays.
20 siinline baking cart rails with 80 mm spacing.
Designed for restaurants and culinary facilities that require the latest product usage in limited space conditions. Similar to other ovens in the Millennial series, this one also has an IPX5 water-resistant protection rating. In addition, the oven is equipped with a multi-point temperature sensor included as standard equipment and an integrated automatic washing system. Maximum efficiency with minimal space usage.
