The Arcos Chef knife, serrated, 2900 series is made of innovative, patented stainless steel, characterised by high hardness and corrosion resistance. This knife provides ergonomic and hygienic work thanks to the textured, anti-slip handle with a coating reducing the accumulation of bacteria.
2900 is a series combining ergonomics, strength, and simplicity, ensuring long-lasting and comfortable use.

Blades are made of rolled sheet metal – innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance.
Handles are made of polypropylene – directly injected onto the tang, increasing the durability of the connection.
The surface of the handles is textured, highly roughened – preventing slipping from the hand (anti-slip).
The handles are coated with BACTIPROOF SILVER® to minimize accumulation of bacteria.
Increased resistance to high temperatures.
Hardness: approximately 55HRC.
Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended.
