The HENDI Casserole with lid is made from durable die-cast aluminium, ensuring it can withstand heavy use in busy kitchens. Its excellent heat distribution guarantees even cooking and it can be used on gas, induction, electric and ceramic stoves. The non-stick interior allows easy release of food and effortless cleaning, while the lid helps retain moisture and flavour.
