Aristarco HERCULES 55.65 PRS pot and utensil dishwasher

Aristarco HERCULES 55.65 PRS is a high-capacity professional pot and utensil dishwasher designed for the demanding working conditions of restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, and the food industry. With its large 565 x 690 mm wash basket and up to 650 mm wash height, the machine is ideal for washing large pots, gastronorm trays, trays, baking sheets, and bakery baskets.

The machine is made of durable AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with an AISI 316 stainless steel boiler, ensuring a long service life and reliability even in very intensive use. A powerful 1.3 kW vertical self-cleaning wash pump and stainless steel wash and rinse arms deliver excellent washing results even for heavily soiled kitchenware.

The PRS (Pressure Rinse System) system, together with a built-in atmospheric boiler and a separate rinse pump, ensures stable water pressure and an even rinse temperature throughout the entire rinse cycle. The Thermostop function ensures that rinsing always takes place at the required temperature, helping meet the high hygiene requirements of a professional kitchen.

Easy operation is enhanced by an electronic control system with an LED display, an automatic end-of-day self-cleaning program, an energy-saving Green Function mode, and a built-in rinse-aid dispenser. The machine uses only 3 litres of water per wash cycle, reducing daily operating costs without compromising washing performance.
