The Arcos Spreading knife, NOVA series is made of innovative, patented stainless steel, characterised by high hardness and corrosion resistance. This small knife is also lightweight and precise. This model is best suited for spreading butter and other soft products, as well as cutting soft desserts.

Blades made of rolled sheet metal – innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance.
Handles made of polypropylene – directly injected onto the tang which increases the durability of the bond.
Slightly textured handle surface prevents knives from slipping out of the hand.
Hardness: approximately 55HRC.
Dishwasher safe, but hand washing with a sponge is recommended.
Rounded blade tip, blade slightly serrated on one side.
